Brief of Ha Long Bay
Ha Long Bay is far from Ha Noi 165km in the northeast.It is one of the natural world heritages which 2 times recognized by UNESCO about landscape & geological values - Situated in the North-East region of Vietnam, total of area 1,553 km2 with 1,969 islands of various shapes & sizes like Cock-fighting, Incense Burner,...and wonderful caves and grottoes, such as Heavenly Residence Grotto, Driftwood Grotto, Surprise Grotto,.. In the year of 2007, Halong bay is continuously in the voting list of the world’s wonder.
Itinerary :
7.45 – 8h30: Pick up at your hotel then depart to visit Ha Long bay-the natural world heritage. On the way you have good chance to see the beautiful landscapes of Vietname’s countryside such as: red river, Luc River, buffalos, green rice, cane, canal fields…..
10.45: After long journey on bus, you have 15minutes for relaxing at Hai Duong city where you can see how handicapped people make souvenirs and taste green bean cake (a traditional cake in Hai Duong).
11.00: Get on bus then continue going to Ha Long bay.
12.15: Arrive Tuan Chau Wharf , get on boat then have nice lunch on boat with nice Local sea foods while boat moving to overview the beauty of the bay. Then boat stop at fishing village where you can visit fishing farm and do some kayaking or bamboo boat rowing by local people to visit small cave or relaxing at sun-deck. After that Continue journey for visiting the bay. Boat will stop at the wharf then you can go inside to visit Thien Cung cave which is one of the most beautiful cave in Ha Long bay. You will have 45 minutes to discover the wonderful charm of grottos and stalactites which make into lovely shapes such as: tortoise, lion... Then get back on boat have Sunset Party and continue excursion to sightseeing fighting cock islet, stone sea-dog, duck islet…
16.30: Arrive Habour get on the bus to come back Ha Noi.

Ninh Binh Town is far from Ha Noi about 90 km in the south where has so many beautiful famous landscapes such as: Hoa Lu is the first capital of Viet Nam where you can visit Dinh’s Temple and Le’Temple, Tam Coc means 3 caves where you can sit on small boat that is rowed by local people (you can try to do it by yourself) along the tiny canal go through three caves under big mountain, between two green rice field and great lime stone.
Itinerary :
10h00: Arrive Hoa Lu that is the first capital of Viet Nam in 10th century. The guide will take you to inside Dinh’s Temples (Worship Dinh King) and Le King’s Temple (worship Le King) where you can have more understanding about our history.7h45 – 8h15: Pick up at your hotel then depart to Ninh Binh on the way you can see the picture of rural in Viet Nam with fertilizer green fields, buffalos are eating grass, ducks are swimming…
11h30: Get on bus to Tam Coc,then have luch with special Vietnamese foods.
13h00: Get on small boat for visiting Tam Coc about two hours and haft.The local people will take you to discover beauty of landscape where is called”Ha Long Bay On Land” and sightseeing two green rice fields with great lime stones and wonderful caves. Finish visiting by small boat you have about 30 minutes for biking to visit Bich Dong pagoda or shopping at some embroidery shop where they sell handcraft goods.

09:00: Visiting first place named Tran Quoc pagoda on the West Lake the oldest pagoda in Vietnam.
09:30: Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One-Pillar Pagoda which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 - the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi.
11:00: Visit the colorful features of the 54 ethnic groups of Viet Nam in the Ethnology Museum.
In the afternoon:
13:00: Bus takes you to a local restaurant in Hanoi Old Quarter, have a rest and enjoy the lunch.
14:00: Visit Temple of Literature, the most famous temple situated in Hanoi, also functioned as Vietnam the first university.It was first constructed in 1070 under King LyNhanTong and dedicated to Confucius, sages and scholars.A vast structure that has existed to present day.
15:30: Drive to legendary Hoan Kiem Lake, visit Ngoc Son Temple dedicated to Van Xuong saint and former general commander Tran Hung Dao for his struggle against Mongolians. You also see the beautiful Vietnamese and French architecture around the lake.

FARM TOUR AND HOME COOKING WITH LOCAL FAMILY IN HANOI
You will leave Hanoi center and drive to the west of city. It is about 17 km = 35 minutes. I will see you in meeting point. Firstly, you will visit a local market since
Le King Dynasty 1428. It is the most famous market in the region where there are many traditional items for sales. If on Market Day (two or three times per
week), people from all the surrounding villages would come to trade. People bring dogs, cats, pigs, chickens, ducks, and bamboo baskets to sell. Everyone is
excited to meet each other on that day. You will be surprised about bustling and colorful market which is working under the canopy of old tree. You will see the
old woman chew betel and areca nut and blacksmiths work hard with his bright brazier.
If not on market days, you still visit the nice market with local product for selling as: Fish, vegetable, fruits, meat shops and chatting with local people at the
market.
Right next to the market place, there are nice vegetable farms. We go around and visit vegetable fields growing a variety of produce including: bitter melon,
corn, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, green peas, soybean as well as fruit gardens with oranges, pomelos, papaya, guava banana and more., and you may have
chance to join a farmer working in his field on the way and ask experienced for local farmers about cultivation techniques and lifestyle.
After that, we go to my house to cook delicious and traditional dishes. I will teach you how to cook some special Vietnamese dishes with simple and traditional
recipes. Enjoy local fresh vegetable, fruit, traditional cake and talk about Vietnamese family's custom together. I offer free tea and local drink.
